Adina Ornstein

Adina is a second-year student in the Adult Clinical PsyD program at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in psychology and educational studies. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a community residence counselor at the McLean Hospital 3East Adolescent DBT Unit and as a student intern at the McLean-Franciscan Child and Adolescent Inpatient Program. She is currently working with Dr. Aafjes-van Doorn on the alliance/adherence in forensic art treatment. Her research interests include the therapeutic relationship and identity formation. She currently works as an extern at the Barnard College Furman Counseling Center. In her free time, she enjoys walking around Central Park, thrift shopping, and trying new restaurants.
