This Facilitative Interpersonal Relationship Skills Training utilizes video-based practice and experiential exercises to target internal and behavioral skills that aim to increase facilitative interpersonal skills (FIS). This training is a four-module workshop that uses the Anderson’s FIS task to guide assessment, development and of eight interpersonal skills.
